The gear seems to be very well manifactured! Shipping also was very quick and easy. Cheers!
Solid bindings that work very well. However, the open hole design on the ankle strap can destroy your snowboarding boots because those holes contain a sharp inner edge that drags on the shoe surface. So if your shoe contains leather surface, I would personally avoid these bindings.

I love the CARBON base and actually prefer this highback to the Cleaver (which was overly stiff). Lots of leverage for an ultra-wide carving board. Great price point too!
Solid and comfortable very easy to adjust and the straps mold to my boots beautifully you can really crank these down for when you need the extra support. Ratchet could be better it’s a little grabby but I’m sure they just need broke in
I’ve been riding Rome bindings for a long time, but as a shop employee I was also able to demo other brands and nothing ever came close except for Nitro. I finally upgraded from an 8-year-old pair of Katanas that I have been riding about 40-50 days a season on and was still super happy with. Nothing ever broke on them and I loved the feel. I didn’t think much could be improved, but wow, these 390 Boss Pro’s are mind blowing. The footbed and the straps are ridiculously comfortable. I’ve rode pow, steep and technical, and park, and they perform great all around the mountain. I went with the pro for the response of a stiffer high back since I don’t ride park as much as I used to, and I have the ankle strap in the high position. Super quick edge to edge, and I can still tweak out a method with ease. I’ve put them on the ravine pro and the agent pro and could not praise these bindings enough! So sick!
Was looking for a replacement bindings for a while. This keep my boots in place and have great response to all my movements.
I’ve been riding four different pairs of 390 Boss’s since 2012 and grabbed a pair of these to put on a new Agent. Pretty much all of the adjustability is gone in the new model.
Only one position for the ankle strap, Cant in The Back is gone, canted footbeds is gone, asym highback is gone. Overall cheaper feel than I expected.
It’s not a bad binding but it’s nowhere close to what it used to be.
Now that snow in CA is finally here, I’ve been finally able to bust these out. I have want to give these bindings a 5/5 because they feel super great, but unfortunately the plastic under toe-end of the baseplate snapped on the first day. I’m not really sure what happened? It very well could be my own fault. Other than that, the strap design, weight, and responsiveness (without being too stiff) are solid.
The bindings are great and they arrived very quickly. I emailed customer service and they helped me right away and went above and beyond what I expected. I will be a lifelong customer now definitely.
Great bindings. Used them for the first time over the weekend and had great response and comfortable.
