Ordering was easy shipment was prompt. Bindings looks great out of the box. Only complaint was I tried to change the color I ordered less than 12 hours after original order was placed . I emailed Rome and never heard back from them . Received bindings and still never heard back . Ghosted by Rome . I’ll just make do .

This is the second pair I bought and I absolutely love them, especially the ankle strap. It holds your heel down well is super comfortable. Yes, it does take some time to get them adjusted to your boot but it is worth it!
