I can’t stress enough how happy I am I found these boots. I went through 10 pairs of boots trying to find the right one. Tried almost all brands untill I finally decided to give these a try. There are so few reviews online I was reluctant to try them. Boy was I wrong! I love the fact they come in US 12.5 which most brands do not make. Its my exact size and I finally found a boot that actually fits me like it should. Love the liners, love the laces and boa for the heel lock. Also the footprint is nicely reduced which is a big plus for me. So thank you Rome for making these boots! Best and only boots for my feet. Plus they look gorgeous to.
This is a great boot for someone looking for comfort as well as precision. The hybrid boa gives great heel hold and the laces provide excellent support. The only downside is I like to tighten my boa's all the way to ensure max hold. Because of that, the boa locked up, got stuck, and broke on my foot leading me to deal with getting that sorted out. Now one boot is hybrid and one boot is full lace per say. I still love both boots and for that reason I wouldn't steer you away from buying these guys. Rome did a great job on this boot.
These replace and older pair of Rome Infernos that were sized a little too big. I’ve read nothing but positives about the Libertine and I tried on quite a few pairs of boots this year but the Libertine fit my feet perfectly. They’re extremely high quality and I can tell they’ll be durable to last a very long time. The insole is much better than most OEMs, but I still replaced them and with a heat mold, they are absolutely perfect now. Highly recommended.
