Good all mountain

Very good mix between freestyle and pow board little bit hard to press on rails with wide model but not impossible (the wide seems stronger) good pop on jumps !

This board RIPS powder, high speed snow boners and nipple drags went down today. Recommend this board if you're not a pussy and can ride a camber dominant weapon.

Awesome pow/party board

Great board that can do it all ! The free-the-ride profile is amazing: super surfy and catch-free when needed, but also very stable and securing when you want to carve groomers with a nice speed. It can be ridden front foot, centered or back foot heavy with no problem, but it definitely wants to be ridden with your back foot. That's where the profile shows all its potential: that thing bites and you are locked in you carves.
It absorbs all types of terrain easily with its big nose and loves to charge. It is a very responsive board, and it shows even better in pow where its profile and reponsiveness come to life alltogether, make it super quick edge to edge. The volume shifted shape and 3d nose also makes it very nimble in trees and in the slush.
Besides it responsiveness, it offers a very damp and smooth ride.
I didn't oversized it and went with the 154 and feel like it was the right choice for cruising/charging groomers, riding pow and stoping by the park. I usually ride between 158 and 160 boards. I'm 178 cm and weighs 73 kgs.
At this size, I felt the board limits after 70 km/h. You can charge with it, but there is a point where you start to feel the lack of length. For that, maybe the 157 would have been more suited, but I already have a charging deck to ride 90kmh and + ( lib tech goldmember). I wanted something fun, stable and nimble, and this is what I got with the Stale Fish.
The nose is very playful for butters and jibbing, and the medium flex makes it a fun ride in the park.
The base seems pretty durable as I hit a few rocks when I went backcountry, but just ended up with light scratches. The top sheets seems a little more fragile though.
All in all, i'm super happy with this deck and cant' wait to ride more. I paired it with rome katanas it the setup is perfect.
With my Lib Goldmember to charge hard and this Stale Fish, I have just the perfect quiver for me.
First time riding a Rome after around 20 years of Lib Tech, and have only good things to say about this brand !

Super versatile powder board

This board is outstanding, it floats like a cloud in powder, is super stable, has good pop. I’ve ridden it in Japan powder, slush, groomers, chunder, park, seems to do everything really well, hands down one of the best powder boards that does it all.

Snappy Slashy Pow Machine

Dream board for burning through trees and tearing through pow. Solid response in the rear to take on side hits with ease. Lays down carves really well too. Overall, very happy with how this board performs. If you live somewhere that gets a decent amount of fresh snow throughout the season, then I would highly recommend this board!

Ripper of a board

Cruisy, carvey, slashy. What a great board this is. Holds an edge well on the groomers, will leave a nice trench when gettin into those carves. Launches side hits like a dream. Really shines in powder. All around great board!

Carvy, floaty, fun

I use this as my good snow tree ninja in the Northeast US. It performs everywhere, from groomers to deep pow. It makes a great carver on corduroy, but does well in uneven snow. I sized down to a 154 for my 5'8" 185 lbs, and it makes for a really maneuverable, quick-turning board. Stiff enough for speed (to a point), but playful enough to be a tree ninja.
