Ordered replacement parts for my Rome 390 Boss bindings from the Rome webshop, and I couldn’t be happier! The website was easy to use, checkout was smooth, and my order arrived fast. The parts were perfect—high-quality and a perfect fit. Rome continues to deliver top-notch service and products.
Highly recommend!
It's my first season and i upgraded to the Rome Agent after 10 sessions with my old board. It's crazy how the board shreds everything. Park, pow, grooms, just everything. Also I didn't know that it is a advance/expert board but it helped me to be a better rider. It's fast and stable with a solid response.
The medium flex is so good for park/carving and the pops are the best with this one. Overall i'm very happy with the rome agent. Probably gonna buy Rome snowboard again in the future.
Got myself the Ravine 162 and boy did it not disappoint. First lap on the board was a 20cm first tracks morning and I had to make zero effort to lean back while slashing turns in the pow!
I recently bought the Rome Bindings Cleaver, and I’m impressed by their responsive feel and precise control. Their lightweight yet durable design offers a secure fit, making steep descents and fresh powder equally enjoyable. They’re a solid choice for anyone looking to boost performance on the mountain.
I have been riding the new Rome Katana bindings for a couple of weeks now and I’ve got to say that these are amazing bindings.
My previous bindings were softer and the response of the katanas is fantastic, and the adjustability of the bindings is unmatched. I’m very much looking forward to using them more!
And a big shout-out to the customer service, as I was uncertain after the purchase if I bought the bindings in the right size. They assured me I was going to be fine and they weren’t wrong!
Super mellow and fun set up feels like a skateboard in the best way.
Holds a edge and can carve on hardpack. If it's going to be your only board and you like to charge go with the pro.
Tested in a bit of light pow and floated better than expected.
This is the last response I sent to the warranty department. I bought the board in September 2024 and started to use in December 2024.
***a warning for all boarders looking to purchase a Rome Snowboards***
Just pasting the last email my son sent to the warranty department. I urge you to consider another brand.
Hello Tony,
As I’ve made clear, this issue is not the result of an impact. It’s frustrating that my statement is being disregarded simply because it’s inconvenient for your warranty decision. Despite the warranty decision being “final” I expect a clear explanation of how your team concluded that this was caused by an impact when there is no damage to the side—only peeling and delamination. The topsheet is failing outside of any impact point, and it’s happening in multiple areas. I initially repaired the board, assuming it was an isolated issue, but that was clearly not the case.
Offering me a 40% discount is insulting. I bought this board at the same discount in September, and given its premature failure, you’re essentially asking me to pay again for a defective product. That’s not a solution—it’s a blatant attempt to shift responsibility onto the customer.
For context, I am 16 years old. I worked full-time over the summer and continue to work part-time during the school year as a lifeguard and swim instructor to afford my gear. I invested in this board expecting quality and durability, and instead, I’m being dismissed with a weak excuse.
This will be my last Rome board. I will repair and sell it as soon as possible and take my business to a brand that actually stands behind its products. Not only will I never recommend Rome, but I will go out of my way to warn others against making the same mistake I did.
Regards,
These Bindings are amazing in every way in terms of performance but the point where the highback and the heelcup connect was pushing into the side of my boot, creating a painful pressure point.
The straps fit perfectly on both my pairs of boots (Vans Infuse & Ride Fuse) and give no pressure points; I almost forgot they were on.
They keep the playful feel, with the asym, but also give power toe to heel.
The only bad thing about these bindings was the pressure point from the highback; other than that I absolutely loved them.
I messed my new Rome board only got to ride it once but was fun to jib with it.
Been snowboarding for a bit over 10 years now and have never found a company that get's it as much as Rome. They make the best gear for the best of times. The only company that I truly recommend.
I love Rome SDS gear. I love that they make quality products without stuffing their roster full of a massive unnecessary quiver of boards and bindings that are impossible to differentiate between, and I love their bindings (the new ankle and toe straps are so comfortable and grippy that the competition has taken notice and started to copy). Beyond the product and quality A/V content this crew puts out (Stale's a ****ing animal) their customer service is absolutely exceptional compared to some of the other goobers in the industry (looking at you, Burton). Quick responses to outreach, fast shipping, and when my Katana's were just outside their warranty period and I needed some replacement parts they sent them for free, no questions asked. I will never stop repping Rome SDS in Colorado.
Bought this board only because of the specs, didnt watch any videos or reviews, i actually loved it, super versatile, good for park and can ride powder, a real all mountain board.
This has become my favorite go to board, I also enjoy the national. It’s the Crewzer for me, so much edge gold and pop for days.
I have used this setup for 2 seasons now and had to get myself another artifact but a little shorter. They are that fun. Perfect for buttering.
1 tip I can give y’all is to grab a file and scrape down the edges so that it would prevent the graphic from peeling.
Also don’t forget to tighten every screw on your bindings every couple days of shredding. It will save you from snapping the bindings
The Stale Fish looks and feels incredibly fresh. Super stoked to ride this beast all winter long. The kind of blade that will make you wish for powder days in the middle of summer.
I don't ride q gang plank. I have a 2023 party mod. Love it. Rocker is the bidness. Just bought the 2023 artifact. Opposite but the same same. Mothership as fuck. Get with it or be lost. I rock a 2023 spring break slush slasher as well and favorite shralp sled ever. Any condition. Capita I see you. I'm about to come for that ultrafear ASAP.
It was a pretty thin year as far as snowfall out west in Big Sky, MT. Late season we started getting dumped on! I went to switch my Rome bindings to my powder board and discovered that both base plates were shattered. Got in touch with customer service and was sent new ones within the week. I was able to keep riding some amazing pow to end my season. Excellent customer service.! Thank You so much. Your friend Cuz
Best stuff out there, been riding Rome for a decade!! High quality, unmatched performance!! Awesome customer service as well!!
The Gripper provides an additional layer of comfort for airport travel and a convenient buffer for multi-board car travel. It fits a pretty large assortment of shapes (even very wide ones), and is easy to take off and put on quickly.
I am 73kg size 9.5 boots and I got the Rome Agent 157. Shipped fast, easy to ride, tons of pop compared to my old board, held up well this spring hitting lots of rocks. Predictable, does everything you expect it to do. Size feels just right for me and I am very happy with the board overall.
Try-out at Cypress event, got amazed by its riding quality. Delivery is fast and look forward to ride my new Ravine next season!
