I had a 5 star customer experience working with Rome getting a replacement pair of boots for my warranty! They came super fast, in time for my trip and their response was lightening speed! GREAT WORK!!!

Quality seems alright, although the outer seems more beat up in 3 runs than my old boots their entire life. Not very warm either.

I spent a long time choosing snowboard boots and these seemed the most comfortable. I was scared by a lot of reviews about the soft toe of the boot, but I decided to buy them anyway. After three rides I got the same scratch as in all the reviews.

pros:
very very comfortable
looking good

cons:
very soft boot toe protection, you can scratch it with your fingernail

I think after two or three seasons they can be thrown into the trash.

Pros:
- good outsole grip
- nice shock absorption
- really robust; I feel these boots can last a lifetime and never wear down, quality stuff

Cons:
- not true to size (buy half a size smaller)
- heel lift (can't feel the liner ankle supports)
- can't properly tighten them; the boa straps the bridge of my foot down, cutting the circulation but not getting rid of the heel lift, and the laces make the whole shell stiffer without embracing my entire ankle properly, still having it move inside the boot

Notes:
- not as soft as I thought they'd be; I can bomb harder than in my old soft boots, but can't butter as easily
- since they fit half-a-size too big for me, take the "heel lift" and the "tightening" notes with a pinch of salt

I was so paranoid about breaking-in a new pair of boots. There is almost always a few days ruined fighting foot cramps & numb toes; none of that here. Aside from a tighter toe box, they are an exact fit. I wear a popular brand of skateboard shoes and they are a close match. I just tightly shoved some towels into the toe box for a few days to help open it up; it worked perfect. The inner liner is incredibly comfortable and the cushion in the heel is perfect. The design of the sole makes the toe edge incredibly responsive and the bonus, my feet stay warm in regular gym socks. These are my go-to boots when I want a softer flex.

Super light weight and good flex, amazing integration into Rome Bindings as usual, toe box is smaller than older models and hoping they will pack out as well as the boot will mold to my heel. Some heel raise but we will see how it plays out. For the most part pretty happy but feeling a little lack luster from previous years.
