AuxTech®
Hinged patterns for next level connected-comfort. A Rome first innovation, AuxTech® is a game changing pattern we use in our ankle and toe straps. Auxetic Patterns are geometric patterns that become thicker perpendicularly when stretched. Essentially a network of tiny hinges that expand evenly when pressure is applied. Best in the game surface area pressure distribution and connected comfort, that’s AuxTech®.

Best ratchets in the game
Not gonna lie, the bindings took me a bit to figure out how to install them on my board. Wasn’t used to the new way they’re to be installed cause I haven’t bought a new pair of bindings in over 10 years!! These are my third pair of Rome bindings and I love them!!! I’ve never had an issue with any set I’ve owned! Love the aqua color too ;)
I fit them with a 2024 Heist and they are super comfortable. I feel right at home with this setup.
My boyfriend always raves about Rome bindings, and I see why. When you hold these bindings in hand, you can tell that these are solidly built. The heel cup / binding does seem a bit wider than my previous Union Rosas, but not a deal breaker. Auxtech straps feels secure and contours well. Might have to pick up a Rome board to complete the setup. >:) Excited to try them out this upcoming season!
I switched over to Rome bindings for the first time this season and I am stoked that I did! These feel extremely comfortable under foot. I really like the asym wrap allowing me to maneuver in the way I want to. Great binding!
Seems to be a very well made binding. Nice colors and finish. Great boot pad.
Wife and I are slowing with age, riding out the equipment purchased during our peak years. New gear spending is mostly focused on keeping four kids in gear.
Purchased these bindings for my wife's board. The plates are not compatible with Burton 3D mounting pattern. Not a huge deal to modify the plates to work, but decided to reach out to Rome to see if they had any 3D plates laying around (I know they used to offer).
My only real complaint - The snarky response I received stating they had not supported the 3D pattern for 5 years, and offering a 20% discount "if I wanted to buy my wife a real board".
As much as I am sure my wife will enjoy these bindings for the rest of her snowboarding days, Rome has lost a customer and promoter.
In 6 different set ups these offered the most comfortable set up with all the customization options. Felt great paired with my Sushi and Birds of a Feather! Easily my favorite bindings to date.

These bindings are super nice and ride awesome on my gnu ladies choice! I was originally going to buy union bindings but then I found these and their perfect for all mountain riding ( and just as good as union maybe even better) . For reference i’m a 9.5 women’s shoe in boots and purchased the m/l sizing and it’s perfect - 10/10 recommend these bindings
The Guild are super fun, playful and comfortable bindings. They're great for everyday riding and have the customization to get exactly what I want out of them.
