I look down at Pocket Rockets However the bindings are heavy

American Airlines, Pocket Rockets, Bullets, Ace's call them what you want, they are gnarly transition bindings going from the Rome Minishred bindings.

Positives:
-The toe and heel straps seem to be sturdier than the minishred bindings, this should keep me locked in when I faceplant into the knuckle on 30 foot kickers.
-I am 12 (boy) and wear a size 6 Vans linerless boot and it is a perfect fit (purchased size small). I assume when mom buys size 7/8 boots these bindings will still rock (fit as stated in Rome size chart).
-Right now I'm still a little turd and riding a 115 but have a 120 Rome Minishred and the hole pattern lines up exquisitely w/Ace (lines up with my other brand 120 board as well).
-Free shipping from Rome since my Dad is cheap was great, and they arrived in Las Vegas in about 4 days.

Potential Negatives:
-The smaller toe ladder strap is the same as my Rome Minishred bindings. They seem to break about 3 times a season when practicing my jumps off the "rail lips" in the terrain park. Rome warranty in my case has went downhill skiing in the recent so I would be leery of purchasing the bindings for this reason .
-I wish they made them in pink.

Negative:
-Heavy bindings compared to Mini Shred bindings and other brands have some lighter bindings.

-I rode them 2 times and took them off my boards as they were too heavy for me. (Metal is used on the heel guard which seems to make it heavier than necessary)
